A Pioneer of New Home Sales: The Team Behind Metropark Realty

Since 1987, Metropark Realty has been the exclusive brokerage of Greenpark Group. Since then, they have been entrusted with the management and sales of over 500 projects comprising over $35 billion in real estate.

But it wasn’t always a simple decision to focus exclusively on new-home sales. In fact, Metropark was one of the first real estate firms in the GTA to do so just as Greenpark Group was becoming one of the largest homebuilders in the province.

Daniel Mizzoni, the brokerage’s president and founder, was one of the first to recognize the potential.

Over his 44-year career he has specialized in both residential resale and on-site pre-construction sales with a variety of builders. His reputation for professionalism and respect is well known throughout the industry.

In 1987, he founded Metropark Realty in a move that would solidify that reputation. His extensive experience in sales and management, coupled with his enduring relationships at Greenpark and his keen understanding of the real estate market, have positioned him as a leading authority in GTA real estate.

Sandra Frasson, Metropark Realty’s vice president of sales and marketing, brings over 36 years of experience and a dynamic skillset to her role. Before joining the brokerage, she served as vice-president of sales and marketing for two prominent GTA homebuilders, where she successfully led award-winning marketing and sales campaigns for a range of high- and low-rise projects.

Sandra’s comprehensive understanding of suite mix, floor plan design, pricing and sales strategies has been instrumental in the success of so many of Greenpark’s projects.

Joyce Chan, the director of operations, has been an essential part of the Metropark Realty team, since she joined in 2006. She oversees all legal and real estate administrative support management, leveraging over 25 years of experience in the field.

Joyce adeptly handles challenges ranging from purchase and sale agreements to governmental compliance. With her meticulous attention to detail and extensive knowledge of real estate agreements, she provides indispensable support to the sales, legal, construction, and development teams.
